Lemont Environmental Advisory Commission will meet at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 28.
The Environmental Advisory Commission is a group of seven appointed members. LEAC keeps abreast of and advises the Village Board on environmental issues. The commission sponsors Earth Day in April which includes a cleanup, a recycling event and tree planting. A Fall Recycling Day is also sponsored each October.
