Mary Anne Hackett, aged 79, passed away surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of John 'Jack' Hackett and a devoted mother to Patrick, Nancy, Melissa, and Matthew. Mary Anne's greatest joy was being "Gigi" to her grandchildren, who brought light into her life. She had a special way of making everyone feel like family and was known for her gracious hospitality, infectious laughter, and unwavering love.

A visitation will be held on September 22 at Richard J. Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Homer Glen, followed by a Funeral Mass on September 23 at St. Elizabeth Seton Parish in Orland Hills. Interment will be private.
