Russell Klipp, 90, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 28, 2025, in Peotone, Illinois. He was born on October 11, 1934, in Peotone, Illinois, to Robert W. and Isabelle (Hauert) Klipp. Russell is survived by his wife Geraldine Bruens, sons David (Carol) and Allen Klipp, three grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Carol Denault, brother and sister-in-law Robert J and Diane Klipp, brother-in-law Roy Bruens, sister-in-law Ruth (Bruens) Offermann, and grandson Maxwell Klipp. Visitation will be held at Fedde-Helfrich-Cross Funeral Home in Peotone on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with burial to follow at Peotone Cemetery.
