Joseph J. Sues, 68, a long-time resident of Frankfort, passed away on August 16, 2025, at his home. Survived by his wife of 46 years, Anna Marie, children Joseph (Amanda) Sues, Laura (Ron) Lampen, Daniel (Katie) Sues, and nine grandchildren. Also survived by his mother Louise (nee Cairo), siblings Mary Kay (late Richard) Anderson, Donald (Suellen) Sues, Julie (Brian) Sues Delaney, Robert (Cindy) Sues, siblings-in-law Peggy King, Joanne Louridas, Michael (Laura) Harris, and Ted Harris, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Preceded in death by his father Donald Sues.

Joe had a successful career in the automotive industry, working for various companies including AAA Car Care Plus where he retired in 2025. Known for his leadership, team building skills, integrity, and knowledge. He enjoyed cars, traveling to wineries and national parks, and taking family trips.

Visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel on Sunday, August 24, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will take place at St. George Catholic Church on Monday, August 25, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery in Orland Park.
