Danielle A. Fiene | Richard J. Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services - Homer Glen

Homer Glen, IL - Danielle (Dee) Fiene, 66, of Homer Glen, passed away on August 20, 2025. She was the beloved wife of James L. Fiene, loving mother of Jamie and Bobby Fiene, and devoted daughter of the late Francis and Beverly Dhooge. Danielle was the cherished sister of Jackie Bragen and an aunt, friend, and mentor to many.

Danielle was a DePaul Cum Laude graduate with a BS in Finance and Accounting and a member of the Rho Delta Pi sorority. She recently retired from Bremen High School District 228, where she made a positive impact as a dedicated member of the school’s administration. Danielle's generosity shone through in her teaching responsibilities at St. Bernard Church and Homer Library, where she shared her faith, artistic talents, and love for creativity. Her passion for life, music, travel, and family concerts brought her immense joy.

A Chapel Service will be held on Saturday, August 23, at 10:00 a.m. at Richard J. Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Homer Glen. Interment will be private. Visitation is scheduled for Friday, August 22, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Aortic Hope Foundation or the American Cancer Society in memory of Danielle are greatly appreciated.
