Homer Glen, IL - Elsie M. Wagner, 91, passed away on August 21, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Nicholas Q. Wagner, loving mother of Nicholas "Butch", Kenny, and Rita. Elsie was the grandmother of Rich Lane, C.P.D., Jack, Mia, Peter, Ryan, and the late Luke Wagner, and great-grandmother of Sophia. She was the cherished daughter of the late John and Theresa Novosel, and dear sister of the late Leo Novosel. Elsie was a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held on Monday, August 25, starting at 9:45 a.m. at Richard J. Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services. The funeral procession will proceed to Our Mother of Good Counsel Catholic Church for Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
