Gerald "Jerry" C. Stewart, 91, a longtime resident of Frankfort, IL, passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Elevate Care Abington in Glenview. Survived by his son Arthur (Nicole) Stewart, grandchildren Tommy Stewart and Harper Stewart, sister Madelon Meents, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Preceded in death by his parents Arthur & Frieda Stewart (Schonfeldt), wife Linda A. Stewart (Raffke), son Robert Stewart, and sister Gay Wannier.

A United States Army Veteran, Jerry was a longtime member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Frankfort and a devoted fan of the Frankfort Fall Festival. He cherished time spent with family and friends.

Visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel in Frankfort on Sunday, August 24, 2025, from 12:00 p.m., with the memorial service at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be private at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Frankfort at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society are suggested.
