1. Proclamation in recognition of DAR Constitution Week September 17 – 23, 2025. Board action is anticipated.
2. Results of Bid Opening on Friday August 15, 2025 for 2025 TIF Resurfacing. Seven packets were requested; Three bids were presented. Project estimate was $275,327.72. Bruce Hill from HR Green reviewed the bids received and recommends the contract be awarded to the low responsible bidder, Iroquois Paving Co. in the amount of Two Hundred Eighty Four Thousand, Three Hundred Seventy Seven Dollars and Eight Cents ($284,377.08). Board action is anticipated.

Gallagher Asphalt Corp. $366,786.78
3. Discussion regarding Ironwood Renewables LLC’s request to permit grazing sheep at the Falconhead Solar Farm. The matter would be referred to Planning & Zoning Commission for a public hearing.
4. Resolution No. 2025- : A resolution approving an extension of the Special Use Permit issued for the Falconhead Solar Farm in Ordinance No. 2024-28. Board action is anticipated.
5. Ordinance No. 2025- : An ordinance approving a second amendment to an existing Ground Lease Agreement with Vertical Bridge Towers ILL, LLC, for the lease of village-owned real property (1249 Park Rd, PIN 23-15-08-413-016-0000). Board action is anticipated.
6. Ordinance No. 2025- : Authorizing the execution and signing of a development agreement by and between the Village of Crete, Gas N Wash, and Hoffman Alpha & Omega Development Group. Board action is anticipate
