1. Consider for Approval a reimbursement grant award under the Commercial Building Improvement Grant Program to Lunar Management (owner of Galaxy Plaza) for eligible improvements at 14310 S Will-Cook Road in the amount of $5,326.80.
2. Consider for Approval of a landscape plan for a 2,277 square foot, detached accessory structure to satisfy the condition of approval for 13506 W. 167th Street, case HG-2506-V].
3. Consider for Approval an Ordinance granting [1] Variance to permit an inground pool and pool patio as an obstruction in a front yard; [2] a Variance to reduce the required front yard setback for the in-ground pool and patio from a non-dedicated right-of-way from eighty (80) feet to fifty three (53) feet, and; [3] a Variance to reduce the required side yard setback for the in-ground pool from twenty (20) feet to fourteen (14) feet for certain real property located in the R-2 Single-Family Residential Zoning District at 12258 W. Rambling Rd, Homer Glen, Illinois [HG-2521-V].
4. Consider for Approval an Ordinance granting [1] Variance to permit a multitenant sign with seven (7) tenant panels where no more than six (6) are permitted and [2] a Variance to permit a ground sign as an obstruction in the required clear vision triangular area for certain real property located in the C-1 Neighborhood Commercial Zoning District at the common address 14322 S. Golden Oak Dr, Homer Glen, Illinois [HG-2520-V].
5. Consider for Approval an Ordinance granting a special use permit for a large group home for certain real property located in the A-1 Agricultural zoning district at 17535 S. Parker, Homer Glen, Illinois [HG-2426-SP].
6. Consider for Approval an Ordinance implementing a municipal grocery retailers’ occupation tax and a municipal grocery service occupation tax of 1% for the Village of Homer Glen.
7. Consider for Approval an Ordinance Amending Chapter 83-74(G) of the Village Code to permit limited entertainment upon or within a premises licensed to sell alcohol subject to the Village review, approval and issuance of a Special Event Permit.
8. Consider for Approval a motion to authorize the Village President/Village Manager to execute a Franchise Agreement with Delta Communications, LLC d/b/a Clearwave Fiber, subject to the review and approval of the Village Attorney.
9. Consider for Approval a motion to supplement and amend § 1-19 and § 1-20 of the Village Code, to establish additional substantive and procedural rules to govern administrative proceedings in the Village of Homer Glen.
