Waste Management will begin its pick-up services at 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 29, due to expected high temperatures over 90 degrees. The earlier start time is intended to protect both community members and Waste Management employees from working during the hottest part of the day. Residents are asked to have their containers ready by 6:00 a.m.

The change in schedule applies only to service on Tuesday, July 29.

"Considering the health of the community and employees of Waste Management, all pick up services will begin at 6:00 am. Please be sure to have your containers out by 6:00 am," the announcement stated.

"Thank you for your understanding and stay safe," the statement added.
