Robert J. Ciastko, 78, of Frankfort, IL, passed away on July 14, 2025. He was the loving father of Lynn Anderson, Rebecca, Katherine Cuthbert, Gregory, and Jennifer Lundstrom, and the beloved grandfather of Brandon Anderson. Preceded in death by his wife Susan, Robert cherished spending time with loved ones and bringing laughter to those around him.

Known for his visits to Hollywood Casino and involvement with St. Mary's Senior Club, Robert enjoyed fishing, country music, Notre Dame football, and woodworking. Described as the family jokester, he had a talent for making people laugh and was known for his kind and sweet nature.

Friends are invited to pay their respects at Kurtz Memorial Chapel on July 17th, with a funeral service to follow at St. Mary's Catholic Church on July 18th. Interment will be at Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Shriners Children's Hospital or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital are welcomed in Robert's memory.
