Czesława Bogun, 96, passed away peacefully on June 17, 2025, in Lemont, IL. Born on February 9, 1929, in Poland, Czesława resided most recently in Orland Park, IL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Franciszek Bogun, and siblings Katazyna Jares, Maria Zagaja, and Jan Olko. Czesława is survived by her four sons: Bolesław, Eugieniusz, Tadeusz, and Jan Bogun. She is also remembered by her 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held on Saturday, with services starting at 9:15 a.m. from Richard J. Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Homer Glen to SS Cyril & Methodius Church for Mass at 10:00 a.m. Following the Mass, entombment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery.
