Arline C. "Chris" Butt | Anderson Memorial Home & Heartland Cremation Services
Arline C. Butt, known as "Chris," aged 80, passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at StoryPoint of Romeoville. She was a long-time resident of Romeoville, formerly of Stone Park. Chris is survived by her children Deanna Dunn, Melvin Butt Jr., and Dennis Butt, along with siblings Chris Christensen, Karen Clements, and Susan Lafollett. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law, Shari Butt, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Chris was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Butt, Sr., and mother, Margaret Schreiber. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Anderson Memorial Home in Plainfield, IL, with the funeral on Friday, June 13, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Romeoville.
