Village of Frankfort Plan Commission / Zoning Board of Appeals met June 12.

4. Parking Adjustment Review: 9995 W. Lincoln Highway – Ageless Rituals Med Spa

Request: Approve an adjustment to reduce the required number of parking spaces from 24 to 12 to allow the existing 40 parking spaces on the property to serve the existing businesses and the proposed med spa, in the B-2 Community Business District located at 9995 W. Lincoln Highway (PIN: 19-09-21-416-001-0000).

5. Public Hearing: 21011 S. La Grange Road – McDonald’s (Ref#104)

Public Hearing Request: Special Use Permit for extended hours of operation for the existing drive-through (24 hours per day/7 days per week) in the B-2 Community Business District, for the property located at 21011 S. La Grange Road (PIN: 19-09-22-100-048-0000).

6. Public Hearing: 7215 W. Lincoln Highway – McDonald’s (Ref#106)

Public Hearing Request: Special Use Permit for extended hours of operation for the existing drive-through (24 hours per day/7 days per week) in the B-2 Community Business District, for the property located at 7215 W. Lincoln Highway (PIN: 19-09-24-401-027-0000).

7. Public Hearing: 10 and 12 Elwood Street – Whisk & Flame (Ref#107)

Public Hearing Requests: (1) Special Use Permit for a restaurant/tavern; (2) Special Use Permit for indoor entertainment for culinary classes; (3) Special Use Permit for accessory liquor sales; (4) Special Use Permit for extended hours of operation; and (5) a Variation to reduce the amount of required off-street parking, in the H-1 Historic District, for the property located at 10 Elwood Street (PIN: 19-09-21-410-035-0000).

8. Public Hearing: 9423 W. Lincoln Highway – Currie Motors (Ref#108)

Requests: Major Change to a Planned Unit Development to amend the Final Development Plan, including any necessary modifications to Zoning Ordinance and Municipal Code requirements, for a proposed parking lot expansion of the car storage area, and approval of a retaining wall that exceeds 50’ in length, in the B-2 Community Business District located at 9423 W. Lincoln Highway (PINs: 19-09-22-301-003-0000, 19-09-22-301-004-0000, 19-09-22-301-005-0000, 19-09-22-301-006-0000, 19-09-22-301-007-0000, 19-09-22- 301-014-0000, 19-09-22-301-008-0000, 19-09-22-301-009-0000, 19-09-22-301-010-0000).

9. Public Hearing: Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment - Data Centers

Consideration of proposed revisions to the Village of Frankfort Zoning Ordinance to create a new use category for data centers. The new use category would require text amendments to several sections of the Zoning Ordinance including Article 5, Section B, Table of Permitted and Special Uses; Article 5, Section C, Use Standards; Article 5, Section D, Accessory Uses and Structures; Article 7, Section B, Off-Street Parking & Loading; and Article 12, Section A, Part 2, Definitions.
