9. Items for Consideration & Recommendation

a. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of a Payment for the Village of Homer Glen’s April Legal Bills from Peterson, Johnson and Murray in the Amount of $15,293.00

b. Consider a motion to recommend approval of a purchase for a new mini excavator for the Public Works Department in the amount of $94,438.00.

c. Consider a motion to recommend approval of the purchase of a new Ford F-250 for the Public Works Department in the amount of $58,633.

d. Consider a motion to recommend approval of the purchase of a new plotter/scanner for Public Works in the amount of $13,645.

e. Consider Recommending a Motion for Approval an Agreement between the Village of Homer Glen and the Illinois Landscape Contractors Association for the use of Heritage Park for their 2025 Fire and Ice event to be held on August 7, 2025.

f. Consider Recommending for approval of a quote from Wolf Sealcoating Inc. for sealcoating the path In Heritage Park in the amount of $9,400.00.
