Notice has been given regarding the cancellation of an upcoming meeting in Joliet. The City of Joliet's Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee was scheduled to meet on June 4, 2025. However, due to a lack of actionable agenda items, the meeting will not take place.
The cancellation is in accordance with Section 2.02 of the Open Meetings Act (5 ILCS 120/1 et seq.). This act requires public bodies to provide notice when meetings are canceled or rescheduled.
