a. 2025 Spring/Summer Beautification Contest – April 21-July 14, recognition will be August 6

2. Bergbower

a. Bloom Lockport - April 22, 7 pm, at White Oak Library – What does it take to be a successful gardener and plant sale

b. April 26 – recycling event at City Hall, 9-12

c. Bloom Lockport - June 24, 7 pm, at White Oak Library – Compost, Weeding and Rain Barrels

d. Bloom Lockport - October 14, 7 pm, at White Oak Library – Putting the Plants to Bed

a. Finance Report – budget looks good

4. Pugh

a. For the 10th year in a row, the Lockport Police Department, in partnership with the Lockport Resource Center, will be holding the Annual Bicycle Drive and Re-Homing Event. This is the Lockport Resource Center’s largest fundraising event outside of the Pass It On Thrift Shop Event. All proceeds go to fund the Transformation Scholarship Program, benefitting local students. Anyone wishing to donate a bicycle for this event may drop them off at the Lockport Police Department throughout the month of April. For more information, please contact the Lockport Resource Center or the Lockport Police Department Community Outreach unit.

b. On Saturday, May 3 Lockport Officers will once again take part in the Special Olympics Plane Pull fundraiser event at Lewis University with more than 31 teams registered for the event. Opening ceremony starts at 9:30 am with the first plane pull beginning at 10 a.m.

5. Gillogly

a. LTHS – setup a private graduation for a family at the request of the mother who was battling cancer. The ceremony did happen, and allowed her to see her sons graduate. She passed shortly after the graduation. Special thanks to LTHS for making this happen.

Amendment to Preliminary/Final Development Plans for a Coffee Kiosk (Drive-Thru Only) Facility for Lockport Square Lot 9B (7-Brew Coffee)/PZC Case #2024-014 Suggested Action: Approve Resolution No. 25-035 an amendment to Preliminary and Final Development Plans for a Coffee Kiosk with Drive-Thru Facility (Lot 9B of Lockport Square- 7 Brew Coffee Drive-Thru).

6. CD-3. An Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) Between the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) and the City of Lockport to Develop an Equitable Transit-Oriented Development Plan Suggested Action: Approve Resolution No. 25-034 an IGA between the Regional Transportation Authority and the City of Lockport to develop an equitable transit oriented development plan for Lockport.

7. CD-4. 2025 Official Zoning Map Update; Adopting and Authorizing the Publication of the Updated City of Lockport Official Zoning Map Suggested Action: Approve Ordinance No. 25- 003 adopting and authorizing the publication of the updated City of Lockport Official Zoning Map.
