The City of Joliet has announced the cancellation of an upcoming meeting. According to Section 2.02 of the Open Meetings Act (5 ILCS 120/1 et seq.), the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners' regular meeting, initially scheduled for Monday, May 12, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., will not take place. The decision was made due to a lack of agenda items.
