Trustee Palmiter arrived for the meeting at 5:35 PM.
Present 6 - Brian A. Clancy Sr., John Noak, Dave Richards, Linda Palmiter, Lourdes Aguirre, and Jose Chavez
Absent 1 - Ken Griffin

25-3440 A Presentation on the Annual Operating Budget for the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 for the Village of Romeoville, Will County, Illinois
Dawn Caldwell, Village Manager, gave a brief presentation on the 2025-2026 FY budget. The presentation is attached.
25-3441 A Motion to Appoint a New Member to the Joliet Regional Port District
A motion was made by Richards, seconded by Clancy, that this Appointment be Accepted. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 5 - Clancy, Richards, Palmiter, Aguirre, and Chavez
Absent: 1 - Griffin
Non-voting: 1 - Noak
4. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Palmiter, seconded by Clancy, that this Meeting be Adjourned at 5:57 PM. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 5 - Clancy, Richards, Palmiter, Aguirre, and Chavez
Absent: 1 - Griffin
Non-voting: 1 - Noak
