a. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of a Payment for the Village of Homer Glen’s February Legal Bills from Peterson, Johnson and Murray in the Amount of $21,217.50.

b. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of the Proposed Discretionary General Fund Reserve Transfers at April 30, 2025 – Per Standard Operating Procedure No. 2.

c. Consider Recommending a Motion to Approve an annual contract with Beary Landscape Management for Lawn Mowing and Maintenance of the 159th St. Right-of-Way for the amount of $45,000.

d Consider Recommending a Motion to Approve the rental quote from Altorfer Power Systems for the generator rental for the 2025 Homer Festival in the amount of $9,812.40.

e. Consider Recommending for Approval a quote from Celtic Concrete for work to be performed in the Evlyn’s Gate North pavilion in the amount of $18,880.00.

f. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of a quote from Rose Paving LLC. for sealcoating the path in Heritage Park in the amount of $5,500.00.

g. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of a Contract with V3 Engineering Consultants for Phase III Construction Inspection Services for the Hero’s Trail Multi-use Path West Extension in the Amount of $67,584.54.

h. Consider Recommending a Motion to approve Authorizing the Mayor to Sign an Intergovernmental Agreement with Will County for a Household Hazardous Waste and Electronics Collection Event on September 27, 2025, for the budgeted amount of $7,500.

i. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approving the purchase of networking equipment for the amount of $7,400.00 from Comcast.

j. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of the Lakota Group as the Firm to Provide Architectural Design and Engineering Services for the Proposed Veterans Memorial and Water Feature as Shown on the Approved Heritage Park Master Plan.

k. Consider Recommending for Approval a quote from Homer Tree Service, Inc. for clearing out the natural area invasives at Lamer’s Park in the amount of $18,400.00.

l. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of a quote from Natural Resource Management, Inc. to complete controlled burns as part of the natural area management at Culver Park, Erin Hills and Heritage Park in the amount of $13,000.00.

m. Consider a motion to recommend approval of the payment of $231,425.44 for the purchase of two 2026 International HV607 plow truck.

n. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of Quote from Bonnell Industries, Inc. for a replacement Dump Body for Truck 123, in the amount of $41,181.84.

o. Consider Recommending a Motion to Approve the Bengtson’s Nursery quote of $26,350.00 for the 2025 parkway tree installation program.

p. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval a of one-year Lease Agreement with Peterson Properties for the Village’s EMA and Park Storage at 15757 Annico Dr. Units #3 and #4, in Homer Glen IL, with the understanding that the Village will pay $2,950.00/month per unit from June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026.

q. Consider Recommending for Approval a Motion to install artificial turf on the west football field, home team sideline in the amount of $13,500.

r. Consider a Motion Recommending for Approval to purchase three scoreboards for the Sports Park in the amount of $18,022.
