8. Public Hearing – Application for zoning to C-3 General Business, property adjacent to 22701 S Thomas Dillion Drive consisting of 15 acres for the proposed   (this is part of the annexation and annexation agreement of the subject property).

9. Review and Recommendation – Zoning property to C-3 General Business filed by Premier Trailers, LLC

10. Review and Recommendation – Final Plat of Subdivision: Whispering Oaks Unit 4 filed by W.O. Phase 2 Development, LLC
