ELECTION OF A CHAIR PURSUANT TO SEC. 156.120(D)(1)(c) OF THE CITY CODE

City Attorney, Sonni Choi Williams, updated the Commission on the resignation of Dave Oxley. Dave Oxley has accepted a position with Will County to fill the seat recently vacated by Annette Parker.

MOTION TO NOMINATE SCOTT LIKINS AS THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMISSION.

MOTION MADE BY GARLAND, SECONDED BY WHEELER. MOTION CARRIED BY VOICE VOTE.

MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS

MOTION TO APPROVE THE PLAN AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES FROM DECEMBER 10, 2024 AS PRESENTED. MOTION MADE BY WHEELER, SECONDED BY GARLAND. MOTION CARRIED BY VOICE VOTE.

REGULAR BUSINESS

Special Use Permit for a Gas Station with Convenience Store and Final Development Plan Review for the Property at the Northeast Corner of 151st and Archer Ave

Staff is requesting a further continuation of this case to be rescheduled to the February 11th PZC Agenda.
