Consider for Approval Resolution No. 25-001 Authorizing the Execution of a Mutual Settlement Agreement and Release of all Claims Between the Village of Homer Glen and Homer Township Road District Related to Binicewicz v. Homer Township Road District, Case No. 20-AR-259, Approving $11,000 Disbursement from Village’s Insurer to the Homer Township Road District to Avoid Burdens of Continued Litigation and Resolve Disputed Claims.

2. Consider for Approval an Ordinance granting [1] a Variance to reduce the required side yard setback for an Agriculture structure from the required one hundred (100) feet to seventy-four (74) feet and [2] a Variance to reduce the required rear yard setback for an Agriculture structure from the required one hundred (100) feet to sixty-six (66) feet for certain real property located in the A-1 Agriculture District at 12463 W. 151st Street, Homer Glen, Illinois [HG-2425-V].

3. Consider for Approval an Ordinance granting a Variance to reduce the lot width of an existing Nonconforming Lot of Record from the required three hundred (300) feet to two hundred and twelve (212) feet for the certain real property located in the A-2 Rural Residential District at Vacant 14251 W. 143rd Street (16-05-10-101-006-0000), Homer Glen, Illinois [HG-2427-V].

4. Consider for Approval a Payment for the Village of Homer Glen’s December Legal Bills from Peterson, Johnson and Murray in the Amount of $21,304.54.
