ALSO PRESENT: Kevin Sing - Director of Finance, Mardi Wunderlich - Social Worker for Joliet Police Department, and David Mackley - Retired Joliet Inspections.

Ordinance Amending and Restating Ordinance 17928 which Established Salary Ranges and Fringe Benefits for Non-Union Employees (Amendment to Group Health Insurance)
Kevin Sing, Director of Finance - presented TMP-7897 on the Ordinance Amending and Restating Ordinance 17928 which Established Salary Ranges and Fringe Benefits for Non-Union Employees (Amendment to Group Health Insurance). A brief discussion was held.
A motion was made by Councilman Larry E. Hug to table TMP-7897: Ordinance Amending and Restating Ordinance 17928 which Established Salary Ranges and Fringe Benefits for Non-Union Employees (Amendment to Group Health Insurance).
The motion failed by the following vote:
Aye: Councilman Hug
Nay: Councilman Mudron and Councilwoman Reardon
A motion was made by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, seconded by Councilman Pat Mudron, to recommend for approval by full Council, TMP-7897: Ordinance Amending and Restating Ordinance 17928 which Established Salary Ranges and Fringe Benefits for Non-Union Employees (Amendment to Group Health Insurance).
The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: Councilman Mudron and Councilwoman Reardon
Nay: Councilman Hug

PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Mardi Wunderlich - Social Worker, City of Joliet - Spoke regarding her concerns surrounding the suggested changes to the Ordinance Amendment to Group Health Insurance for Non-Union employees. A brief discussion was held.
David Mackley, Retired Joliet Inspections - Spoke regarding similar concerns surrounding the Ordinance Amendment for Non-Union employees, and mentioned that he does not agree with the suggested changes. No further discussion was held.
