c. Consider Recommending for Approval an Ordinance Declaring Surplus Property from the EMA Department and Authorizing its Sale.

e. Consider Recommending Approval of a Motion allowing the Facilities Department to proceed with E. Norman to install a new burglary alarm at the Parks Maintenance Garages.
