2. Consider for Approval the Treasurer’s Report of Cash and Investments for the Period Ending August 31, 2024, in the amount of $48,586,200.12.

1. Consider for Approval an Ordinance granting a Variance to reduce the required (north) side yard setback from twenty (20) feet to ten (10) feet for certain real property located in the R-2 Single-Family Residential District at 16464 S. Spaniel Lake Ct (Lot 11), Homer Glen, Illinois [HG-2418-V].
2. Consider for Approval an Ordinance granting [1] a Variance to increase the maximum aggregate square footage of accessory structures from the allowed one thousand two hundred square feet (1,200) to one thousand five hundred and seventy square feet (1,570); [2] a Variance to increase the maximum height of an accessory structure from the permitted fifteen (15) feet to seventeen (17) feet; and, [3] a Variance to permit siding on 100% of the exterior of the accessory structure in lieu of the required three (3) feet of masonry, for certain real property located in the R-2 Single-Family Residence District at 14433 Dixon Ln, Homer Glen, Illinois [HG-2419-V]..
3. Consider for Approval an Ordinance granting a Special Use Permit for Automobile Repair and Service (Tire Sales and Service only) for certain real property located in the C-3 General Business District at 15757 Annico Drive, Unit 1 & 2, Homer Glen, Illinois [HG-2420-SP].
4. Consider for Approval granting a parking adjustment for a reduction of 33 required parking spaces from seventy-nine (79) spaces to forty-six (46) spaces attributable to shared parking within the Crystal Creek Business Condos for certain real property located in the C-2 Local Business Zoning District at 15915 W 159th Street, Homer Glen, Illinois. [HG-2424-P].
5. Consider for Approval the Mayor’s Appointment of Felicia David to the Ability Awareness Committee.
6. Consider for Approval the Mayor’s Appointment of Jennifer Vittori to the Homer Festival Committee.
7. Consider for Approval the Creation of and Appointments to the Pipeline Sub-Committee.

12. Consider for Approval the 2025 Illinois Municipal League Risk Management Association (IMLRMA) Contribution Invoice/Renewal, in the amount of $124,452.90 plus the IMLRMA Membership Renewal in the amount of $1,750.00 for a total amount of $126,202.90.
13. Consider for Approval Payment of the of the Village of Homer Glen’s September Legal Bills from Peterson, Johnson and Murray in the Amount of $31,344.50.
14. Consider for Approval Resolution No. 24-018, a Resolution Approving a Collective Bargaining Agreement Between the Village of Homer Glen and the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 150 Public Employees Division from May 1, 2022 through April 30, 2026.
