Consider a Motion to pull from the table the reimbursement of $1,000.00 to Lenny’s Gas & Wash for fines paid, and to consider Amending Ordinance 19-043. – if approved – Consider a Motion to Approve the reimbursement of $1,000.00 to Lenny’s Gas & Wash for fines paid, and to consider Amending Ordinance 19-043 to add language regarding enforcement and penalty of long-term parking violations.

2. Consider for Approval an Ordinance Granting a Variance to allow fiber cement siding materials on the first floor of the dwelling, in lieu of the Exterior Construction Standards [§75-66 (Applicability and scope: new and existing buildings and structures; additions, alterations, reconstructions, and replacements of existing structures) of the Code of the Village of Homer Glen], for certain real property located in the R-2 Single Family Residential District at 12357 W. Mackinac Rd., Homer Glen, Illinois.

3. Consider for Approval the Mayor’s Appointment of Joseph Baber to serve as the Chairperson of the Village’s Behavioral Health and Addiction Recovery Committee.

4. Consider for Approval the Mayor’s Appointment of Dan Waddick to serve as Chairperson of the Homer Festival Committee.

5. Consider for Approval an Ordinance Authorizing the Village to Exercise its Option to Purchase and Close on Property for a Public Use.

6. Consider for Approval Resolution No. 24-017, Authorizing Participation in the ComEd Green Region Program for the Culver Park Pollinator Migration Habitat Project.
