Greg Ruddy, Public Works Director, discussed the 2024 Traffic Signal Materials Purchase Order No. 1, in the amount of $62,568.00, to Traffic Control Corporation.

Award of Professional Services Agreement for the Commercial Water Service GIS Mapping Project - Contract 3 to Baxter & Woodman, Inc, in the amount of $145,000.00

Anthony Anczer, Deputy Director Engineering, discussed the Professional Services Agreement for Commerical Water Service GIS Mapping - Contract 3, in the amount of $145,000.00, with Baxter & Woodman, Inc.

Purchase of Replacement Valve Actuators for the Final Tank Return Valves at the Eastside Wastewater Plant from LAI & Associates Inc. in the amount of $45,875.00

Anthony Anczer discussed the Purchase of Replacement Valve Actuators for the Final Tank Return Valves at the East Side Wastewater Treatment Plant, in the amount of $45,875.00, from LAI & Associates Inc. They are a sole source of the Rotork actuator.

Greg Ruddy and Russ Lubash, Traffic Engineer, discussed the Road Diet along Theodore Street between River Road and IL Route 59. This road format would be a safety improvement.
