Cedar Rd, Homer Glen, Illinois. [HG-2407-V]

b) Case No. HG-2410-V, 16465 S. Hidden Cove Ct, Homer Glen, Illinois (Public Hearing): 

      Consideration of a request for approval of a Variance to reduce the required front yard setback from fifty (50) feet to forty (40) feet for certain real property located in the R-2 Single-Family Residential District at 16465 S. Hidden Cove Ct, Homer Glen, Illinois [HG 2410-V]

c) Discussion and Consensus on Content for the Plan Commission Annual Report.
