4. 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program Investment

Executive Director Schultz presented the 2025-2030 (CIP) Capital Improvement Program. Schultz proposed a $80M investment in the CIP allowing the Forest Preserve to continue preserve acquisition, and complete large scale habitat restoration, local and regional trail construction, forest preserve access developments and visitor center renovations. Discussion followed by the Commissioners.
