The week of March 25, 2024, will see the continuation of regularly scheduled garbage and recycling pick up, unaffected by the Good Friday holiday on March 29. City Hall, however, will be closed on that day in observance of the holiday. As a result, downtown parking decks will be free of charge, and there will be no enforcement of parking meters.
