Sean Mikos, Deputy Director Public Works, discussed the Award of Professional Services Agreement for the Phase III Engineering Services for the Chicago Street Sidewalk Vault Contract 2, in the amount of $118,625.00, to Civiltech Engineering, Inc.

Award of Professional Services Agreement for Pre-Treatment Assistance to Baxter & Woodman Inc. in the amount of $74,444.54

Allison Swisher, Director of Public Utilities, discussed the Professional Services Agreement for Pre-Treatment Assistance, in the amount of $74,444.54, to Baxter & Woodman Inc.

Award of Contract for the 2024 Motor Fuel Purchase to Al Warren Oil Company Inc. in the amount of $1,365,000.00

Greg Ruddy, Director of Public Works, discussed the annual fuel purchase, in the amount of $1,365,000.00, with Al Warren Oil Company Inc. A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Guerrero, seconded by Councilman Larry E. Hug, to recommend TMP-6793, 6794, and 6795 for approval by full Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

CHANGE ORDERS/PAY ESTIMATES/FINAL PAYMENTS

Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement for the Downtown Levee / United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sec 205 Improvements to Santacruz Land Acquisitions in an amount of $15,250.00 bringing the not to exceed total to $67,500.00

Sean Mikos discussed Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement for the Downtown Levee / USACE, in the amount of $15,250.00 bringing the not to exceed total to $67,500.00, with Santacruz Land Acquisitions.

Change Order No. 1 for Highland Phase 1 Water Main Improvements Project on behalf of Austin Tyler Construction Inc. for final balancing of the contract in the amount of ($215,505.19)

Anthony Anczer, Deputy Director Engineering, discussed Change Order No. 1 for the Highland Phase 1 Water Main Improvements Project, in the amount of ($215,505.19), to Austin Tyler Construction Inc.

Change Order No. 3 for Plainfield Road (Black Road - N. Center Street) Water Main Improvements Project on behalf of Trine Construction Corp for project completion time adjustments

Allison Swisher discussed that the next 9 change orders are all zero dollar change orders with a time extension. All time extensions must be run through approvals and IEPA notified.
