Kevin Sing - Director of Finance, gave an overview of regarding the Authorization to Fund Predevelopment Loan Draw 7 to Riverwalk Homes, LLC. in the amount of $341,502.30. A brief discussion was held.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JOLIET, ILLINOIS, PROVIDING FOR THE REDEMPTION OF A PORTION OF THE CITY’S GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, SERIES 2020B AND THE ABATEMENT OF A PORTION OF THE TAXES LEVIED FOR THE PAYMENT THEREOF
Mr. Sing, gave an overview of TMP-6762 regarding the Ordinance of the City of Joliet Providing for the Redemption of a Portion of the City's General Obligation Bonds, Series 2020B and the Abatement of a Portion of the Taxes Levied for Payment. A brief discussion was held.
A motion was made by Councilwoman Jan Hallums Quillman, seconded by Councilman Pat Mudron, to approve the Ordinance of the City of Joliet, Illinois, Providing for the Redemption of a Portion of the City's General Obligation Bonds, Series 2020B and the Abatement of a Portion of the Taxes Levied for the Payment thereof.

Summary Report for the positions currently open within the City of Joliet and the Local 440 Union. A brief discussion was held with concerns for the positions currently open with the 911 Center not being filled.
