Call To Order, Roll Call
The Christmas Committee Meeting Was Called To Order At 4:00 Pm At The Muncipal Complex Hall, 208 E. Main Street, Peotone, Illinois, By Stacey Hartwell. In Attendance Were Stacey Hartwell, Vicki Moore, Billy Robinson And Steve Stein. Tammy Cowger, Stefanie Horn And Nick Strba Were Absent.

Motion By Stein, Second By Moore To Approve The Christmas Committee Minutes Of September 20, 2023. All Voted Yes; Motion Carried.
Discuss Handouts/Giveways & Storage
Cowger Will Create Event And List Of Activities, Flyer Will Go Out The Week Of Thanksgiving. Stein Would Also Like Some To Give To Momence School District And Moore Would Like Some For The Tree Lighting Event.
Discuss Food Trucks (Placement And Times)
Papa’s Donuts And Curds Will Be On North Street In Front Of The White Building On The South Side Of The Street, Per Moore Electric Will Be Set Up There For Him.
Discuss House Decorating Contest – Dates And Judging
Discussed Public Works, Peotone Historical Society And Helping Hands As Options For Judging. Concern With Public Works In Case Of Weather Or Work Call Out, Will Reach Out To Historical Society And See If They Are Open To Judging. Will Be On December 6, 2023, 5pm-9pm.
Discuss Locations Of Activities
Per Stein Face Painters Should Be At One Location, Possibly The Bowling Alley. Photo Booth Was At Second Studio Last Year And They Offered To Host Again This Year, They Will Also Provide A Photo Op. Robinson Will Be In Charge Of The Parade Line Up. Cowger Has Reached Out To Rebel Ice Cream, Would Like Them To Be Open.

Santa Is Having Surgery And May Not Be Available For The Parade, Back Up Santa Is Secured And Available If Needed.
