Trustee Reynders said once packet is presented to board they can ask the Parks Committee questions they might have.

Trustee Reynders would like for this to be presented to the board as a workshop with a possible vote that day. This will then allow the Parks committee to come back and move forward with a landscape architect.

Trustee Reynders plans on motioning to have the workshop before legislative and action items.

Trustee Reynders would like for all the Parks Committee to come to next board meeting on Wednesday, October 25, 2023.

Trustee Reynders plans on having Committee Member Amy Blank do the introduction. The Water Feature will be specific to Veterans Memorial and Pavilion. Trustee Reynders said the Water Feature will be closer to water line.

Committee Member Russell Knaack asked when the parking project will be completed. P.E. Village Engineer Brett Westcott said approximately May 31, 2024.
