ROLL CALL

Present Councilman Joe Clement, Councilwoman Jan Hallums Quillman and Councilwoman Sherri Reardon

ALSO PRESENT: Emergency Management Director Greg Blaskey, Fleet Services Director Jeff Price, Deputy Chief John Stachelski

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

A motion was made by Councilman Joe Clement, seconded by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, to approve COUNCIL MEMO #TMP-6137: Minutes 07/05/2023.

The motion carried by the following vote:

Aye: Councilman Clement, Councilwoman Hallums Quillman and Councilwoman Reardon

CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS

A motion was made by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, seconded by Councilman Joe Clement, to recommend for approval COUNCIL MEMO #TMP-6203: Request to Approve the Purchase of Two (2) Ford Expeditions from Ron Tirapelli Ford, Inc. in the amount of $127,302.00.

The motion carried by the following vote:

Aye: Councilwoman Hallums Quillman, Councilwoman Reardon and Councilman Clement

RESOLUTIONS

Resolution Authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement for Participation in the Mutual Aid Box Alarm System

Deputy Chief John Stachelski briefly explains a Resolution Authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement for Participation in a Mutual Aid Box Alarm System.

A motion was made by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, seconded by Councilman Joe Clement, to recommend for approval COUNCIL MEMO #TMP-6196: Resolution Authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement for Participation in the Mutual Aid Box Alarm System.

The motion carried by the following vote:

Aye: Councilman Clement, Councilwoman Hallums Quillman and Councilwoman Reardon

Memorandum of Understanding with American Red Cross TMP-6222

Greg Blaskey briefly explains Memorandum of Understanding with American Red Cross.
