4. Approve an Ordinance Amending Section 12.3-2 Meetings of the City of Crest Hill Zoning Ordinance.

5. Approve an Ordinance Granting A Special Use Permit with Respect to Certain Real Property Located within the Corporate Boundaries of the City of Crest Hill (Application of A&D Storage, LLC).

6. A Resolution Approving an Agreement by and Between the City of Crest Hill and Baxter & Woodman Consulting Engineers for the Services of Mark Siefert in Connection with the City of Crest Hill Water Allocation Application with the Illinois Department of Natural Resources.

7. Approval of Pay Request #6 from Vissering Construction Inc. with Direction to Send it to the IEPA for Approval and Disbursement for an Amount of $1,140,223.50.

8. Approval of Pay Request #12 from Williams Brother Construction Inc. with Direction to Send it to the IEPA for Approval and Disbursement for an Amount of $211,662.63.

The Agenda for each regular meeting and special meeting (except a meeting held in the event of a bona fide emergency, rescheduled regular meeting, or any reconvened meeting) shall be posted at the City Hall and at the location where the meeting is to be held at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the holding of the meeting. The City Council shall also post on its website the agenda for any regular or special meetings. The City Council may modify its agenda for any regular or special meetings. The City Council may modify its agenda before or at the meeting for which public notice is given, provided that, in no event may the City Council act upon any matters which are not posted on the agenda at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the time for the holding of the meeting.

9. Approve change order #3 with Vissering Construction for a deduct of $6,933.00. City Engineer:

10. Approve a Resolution Accepting an Approving a Monument Sign Easement Agreement (Carillon Lakes Homeowner's Association).

11. Award the Contract to Precision Pavement Marking, Inc. for the City Center Pavement Marking Program (Section No 24-00000-00-GM) in the Amount of $23,790.95

12. Execute a Professional Services Agreement with Burns & McDonnell to Perform Financial Engineering Services to Update the City’s Financial Plan for Water and Sewer Utility for an Amount of $16,768.00

13. Award the contract to P.T. Ferro Construction Company in the amount of $659,933.23 for the Theodore at Gaylord/Cedarwood Dr. Traffic Signal & Resurfacing Improvement.
