This is a small group that focuses on understanding the relationship between our life experiences and how we value ourselves. It combines learning with reflection in order to gain access to why we think of ourselves the way we do, how we act as a result and steps to improve our most important relationship: the one we have with ourselves. The group will meet 6 times for 1.5 hours each. Please text or email for more information.
