MOTION TO APPROVE ORDINANCE NO. 22-022 AMENDING CHAPTER 114 OF THE LOCKPORT CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO OLD CANAL DAYS FESTIVAL. MOTION BY LOBES, SECONDED BY GILLOGLY. ROLL CALL VOTE ON THE MOTION:

AT-1. Amendment to Chapter 110 of the City of Lockport Code Pertaining to Video Gaming Licensing, Specifically Increasing the Cap for Licensed Truck Stop or Large Licensed Truck Stop

City Attorney, Sonni Choi Williams, informed the Council that the Amendment is limited to Class N liquor license holders, which is for truck stops. The Code will limit the Truck Stops to 6 machines, and will require the businesses to be in operation for 6 months.
