City of Lockport Committee of the Whole met October 25.

Here is the agenda as provided by the committee: 

1. CALL TO ORDER – Mayor Steve Streit called the Meeting to order at 6:18 pm.

        City Administrator, Ben Benson

        Community & Economic Development Director, Lance Thies

3. DISCUSSION ON CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS (CIP) & INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAMS WITH IMPACTS FROM INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENTS (IGAs)

      Mayor Streit opened the discussion with the purpose of the special meeting before City Administrator and PW Director Brent Cann presented the current status of the City’s 10-year CIP 

      Plan and the future of the next 10-year CIP with the options of the funding mechanism for the CIP.

      Then the presentation and discussion ensued regarding the impact of the various IGAs on the future of the CIP and the need for deep review.
