K. COMMENTS BY COMMISSIONERS

Commissioner Brooks inquired if it is necessary to have a Committee meeting to just pass the Schedule of Bills. Attorney Mahoney indicated the public needs the ability to first comment on the bills and provide a check and balance by reviewing and approving the bills.

Commissioner Ventura asked about having goats on forest preserve land and if there has been any progression in the investigation. Executive Director Schultz responded that it may be possible but there were logistical issues in the past. He and staff will explore opportunities.
