On March 28, Capital First Trust Co. (successor trustee) and J. Johnson James (trust) sold their home at 20603 Settlers Lane, Frankfort to Benedetto and Frances Minasola for $565,000.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 20, 2021. It last sold for $540,000.

So far in March 2022, nine properties sold in Frankfort.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 20603 Settlers Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mary Ann Crotty, 75, and Neil A. Crotty, 77.
