On March 29, Dale A. and Eva J. Brantley sold their home at 1005 Madiera Drive, Shorewood to Kelly Crescenzo and Samuel Johnson Jr. for $340,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $5,929.40, which is 1.74% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $217,900 on May 13, 2014.

So far in March 2022, nine properties sold in Shorewood.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Eva J. Brantley has been registered to vote since 2014 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries. Dale Allan Brantley has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 1005 Madiera Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Megan M. Brantley, 30, Eva J. Brantley, 57, Dale Allan Brantley, 56, and Caleb Brantley.
