On March 29, Nicholas C. Zahara-Such and Clare R O'Halloren purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1529 Sisson St., Lockport from Jake D. and Ellen M. Tiesenga for $285,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,787.58, 1.33% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Aug. 7, 2015 for $172,500.

So far in March 2022, 18 properties sold in Lockport.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Ellen M. Tiesenga has been registered to vote since 2016. Jake D. Tiesenga has been registered to vote since 2015.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
