On March 24, Paul A. and Kristy Bessler sold their home at 262 W. Savannah Drive, Romeoville to Evangelina Nunez and Vicente Aleman-Nunez for $215,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $4,718.68, 2.19% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 30, 2009 for $125,000.

So far in March 2022, 34 properties sold in Romeoville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kristy Lynn Bessler has been registered to vote since 2008. Paul A. Bessler has been registered to vote since 2008 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
