The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $4,165.50, 1.54% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of 10 sales so far in Shorewood in March 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Lynn M. Palmer (75) has been registered to vote since 2008 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
