The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $4,696.70, 1.78% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on July 2, 2007 for $236,000.

This property is one of six sales so far in Channahon in March 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Anton Keser has been registered to vote since 2007 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 24140 W. Hummingbird Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Diana A. Keser, 76, and Anton Keser, 70.
