On March 7, Chin Mymy purchased a home at 428 Glen Ave., Romeoville from Joanna Hayes and Joanna Vermeulen for $140,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $4,151.48, which is 2.97% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, eight properties sold in Romeoville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, James Hayes, was the only registered voter residing at 428 Glen Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
