On March 7, John Charles Livigni III purchased a home at 13948 W. Timberlane Court, Homer Glen from Ryan C. and Kaitlin N. Smith and Kaitlin N Stewart for $327,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,400.38, 1.65% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on July 5, 2018 for $235,000.

So far in March 2022, six properties sold in Homer Glen.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kaitlin N. Stewart has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 13948 W. Timberlane Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kaitlin N. Stewart, 29, Danielle Marie Sterczek, 31, Robbie Russell Southerland, 30, and Michael a Dutra, 30.
