On March 9, Benjamin Orr and Beatriz Forchinetti De Oliveira purchased a home at 21304 W. Cascade Court, Lakewood Falls from Joseph C. and Kristine Y. Yarshen for $310,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,358.24, 2.37% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 20, 2017. It last sold for $222,500.

So far in March 2022, this is the only property that sold in Lakewood Falls as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Joseph Christopher Yarshen has been registered to vote since 2018 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary. Kristine Yvonne Yarshen has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 21304 W. Cascade Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Joseph Christopher Yarshen, 29, Kristine Yvonne Yarshen, 29, and Christopher J. Angeloni, 35.
